Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CamStats PRO services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

CamStats PRO provides geospatial viewshed analysis, mapping, and visualization services for webcam operators. We generate maps, 3D models, and analytics pages based on camera parameters you provide.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. For organization accounts, the primary contact is responsible for managing access.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. Basic (one-time) purchases are non-refundable once deliverables are generated. Starter subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.

5. Data & Privacy

Camera coordinates and parameters you submit are stored securely. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., elevation data lookups). See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Cancellation & Data Retention

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, hosted project pages will be taken offline within 30 days. Downloadable deliverables (static maps, PDFs) remain yours.
