1. Information We Collect

We collect: your name and email (for account creation), camera coordinates, height, and orientation parameters (for viewshed analysis), and payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to provide the CamStats PRO service: generating viewshed maps, 3D visualizations, and analytics for your cameras. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase (database and authentication hosting)
• Vercel (web application hosting)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• USGS / NASA (public elevation data for viewshed computation)
• OpenStreetMap contributors (map data under ODbL)

4. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed by Supabase Auth and never stored in plaintext. Database access is controlled by row-level security policies.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized analytics may be retained.
